The Business Development Department carries out activities such as project development and implementation, international relations, training and meeting organizations, lobbying activities, research and surveys, sectoral reports, and award organizations.

It develops and implements government-supported projects in line with the needs and expectations of its members.

It conducts activities to support members in accessing international markets and organizes incoming trade delegations.

Projects are developed and managed based on the feedback and suggestions received from members.

It undertakes the preparatory work for award organizations and ensures the successful execution of such events.

It organizes information meetings, trainings, seminars, and similar events.

It carries out the groundwork for lobbying activities and conducts surveys targeting customers and the public.

It prepares publications, reports, and promotional materials to enhance the Chamber’s communication with its members.

It is responsible for conducting statistical studies and data analyses related to domestic and international markets for the Chamber, its members, and senior management.

Additionally, it coordinates activities within the scope of the Quality, Environmental, and Customer Satisfaction Management System, as well as the TOBB Accreditation System.
