Within the scope of the project, the restoration of three houses—purchased in 2013 and owned by the Kocaeli Chamber of Industry (KCI)—is planned to be carried out in order to repurpose them as a boutique accommodation facility.

The primary objective is to offer a unique service experience to both domestic and international business visitors by providing them with an opportunity to engage with the historical and cultural texture of the region.

Through our Kapanca Street İzmit Houses Project, which will feature a total of 14 guest rooms and a 150 m² restaurant, we aim to contribute to the preservation and revitalization of İzmit’s historical heritage.

The project was awarded financial support under the 2016 Financial Support Program of the Eastern Marmara Development Agency (MARKA).
