Appointed by and answerable to the Chamber’s Board of Directors, according to Law No 5174, the General Secretary is responsible for personnel and auditing management. All precautions are taken to ensure that the Chamber’s staff executes the necessary services in perfect compliance with all legal, senior-management or day-to-day executive directives
 

 

  
 
GENERAL SECRETARY DEPUTY
The General Secretary, with the consent of the Board of Directors, may turn over all or part of the responsibilities invested in him (by that body, by the assembly or by the legal system), to his secretary. In the absence of a secretary, he may also appoint a suitable senior executive from the current staff as a deputy. Such a deputy will bear the full authority and responsibility of a General Secretary, for this post or any work arising from his subsequent operations. The same qualifications and competences are expected of both positions.
